A brief phone conversation to set the stage for an in-person meeting. This helps us both assess whether it’s worth going forward before money is spent or much time invested.
3. Often, there are a few meetings needed to do some validating of our initial and mutual assessments, followed by a formal proposal. This time is billable.
4. The next step, regardless of project scope, will likely involve a healthy amount of assessment and solution development. And the work is typically done onsite. Some engagements require a dedicated office, others only occasional access, but these are only the mechanics of it all. The net is our “process” becomes what best serves you.
